Return Process

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to our facility.

  Place the unit in its original factory internal packaging and double-box the shipment to ensure the precision electronics are protected during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Label the outer box with your assigned RMA number and ship via a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
